PDF Pattern Testing: The Holiday Cut Out Dress

Happy Hump Day Lovelies!

This week I had the honor of testing the super adorable Holiday Cut Out Dress by Bella Sunshine Designs. The PDF pattern will not be available to the public until March, but with her blessings, I am able to show you just how adorable this dress is! The PDF pattern and the instructions are super simple to follow, which makes it a perfect beginner’s project, especially if you want to dive into the exciting world of sewing for Littles (kids). I love the functionality of this dress, because it can be worn just so on warm days, or layered on cold days – which makes it an ALL year around dress. (It’s perfect for SoCal with our nutty weather that seems to keep changing by the hour! lol). Another great thing about The Holiday Cut Out Dress is that the PDF pattern comes with six different cut out shapes; each for a different holiday! (Again, perfect for all year round use!). The adjustable straps are also great because it will accomodate Abbie as she grows and that’s always a plus when sewing for Littles.

But enough of my yapping! Let’s get to the pics! I’m currently obsessing over Michael Miller’s Pinhead Dot collection (found HERE), and since I was testing the heart cut out, I decided to use my red pinhead dot fabric (found HERE). Clearly, I have valentine on my mind! haha! (By the way, she picked out her bow and her shoes to match).

The dress is really adorable right? I’ll definitely be making more of these as the different holiday’s roll around! That’s it for today guys! Hope you guys are having, and will continue to have a fabulous week! Talk to you soon! love-candice
